Highest Executive structure of "European House" is the Administrative Council, composed of 15 members.

This Council deals with questions of budget, inaugurating new members, and also makes executive decisions on the policy and activities of the Organisation.

Executive Structure in Moscow is represented by the General Director - Tatiana Shubina

This permanent body of European House carries out the decisions of the Administrative Council and General Assembly

European House has a Patrons Committee which is the recommendatory and controlling body, made up of European figures from politics, the community and culture. In addition to this, the committee defines the long-term policy of the Organisation.
